I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

Execute technical support for the IT infrastructure, ensuring stable operation of devices, system and delivering prompt, effective technical troubleshooting for users.  

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, diagnose, and promptly resolve system issues, software errors, office equipment malfunctions, and local network connectivity issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements.  

• Responsible for installing, deploying operating systems, and configuring standard software packages for new computers; performing periodic maintenance.

• Implement automated local data backup policies for workstations in compliance with the infrastructure security regulations.  

• Coordinate and assist in triggering emergency scenarios during core system failures; participate in recording and verifying physical on-site infrastructure to support post-mortem reporting.  

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent fields. 

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist, IT Helpdesk, or Hardware Technician. 

• Strong high-tech discipline mindset, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), proactive working attitude, and excellent internal customer service skills.
